How to watch in four steps

  1. Find your country's broadcaster

Use the table above to see who carries the show where you are, and whether the listing is confirmed, reported or not yet announced.

  2. Set up your account early

If you need a subscription or a TV provider login, set it up a day before the final to avoid queues close to the start.

  3. Install the app on your device

Download the broadcaster's app on your Smart TV, streaming stick, phone or tablet, or use the website on a computer.

  4. Open the show before it starts

Check the start time on our schedule, sign in, and open the live section five to ten minutes early.

What the labels mean

Rights for Miss Universe are sold country by country, and they're often announced late. To keep this guide honest, every listing carries one of three labels:

  • Confirmed: the broadcaster has announced coverage of the 2026 final, or it has been announced for your region.
  • Reported: a credible source says so, or a current deal should cover it, but we haven't seen a 2026 announcement from the broadcaster for your country.
  • Not announced: nothing has been confirmed yet, so we show the most likely place to look.

Which shows are on TV?

Telemundo's announcement covers the final on November 24. We haven't seen a broadcaster announce the National Costume Show or the Preliminary Competition for 2026. In 2025, some partners carried all three nights, so more could still be added. We'll update each show page if that happens.

Is there a free way to watch?

In the United States, Telemundo is free over the air if you have an antenna and a local station. Elsewhere, it depends on your broadcaster. The official Miss Universe YouTube channel is worth following, but it hasn't confirmed live coverage of the 2026 final.

How to watch by device

Smart TV

Open your TV's app store, search for your broadcaster, then install the app and sign in. Samsung and LG sets normally support the major apps directly. If your TV is older and doesn't have the app, a streaming stick is the cheapest fix.

Roku

From the Roku home screen, open Streaming Channels, search for the broadcaster, choose Add channel, and sign in using the activation code shown on the screen.

Fire TV

Use the search icon on your Fire TV home screen, type the broadcaster's name, select Download, and sign in. If an app isn't available in your region, cast from a phone instead.

Apple TV

Open the App Store on your Apple TV, search for the broadcaster, install the app, and sign in. You can also use AirPlay from an iPhone or iPad if the broadcaster allows it.

iOS and Android

Install the broadcaster's app from the App Store or Google Play and sign in. Use Wi-Fi where you can, because a three-hour HD show can use several gigabytes of mobile data.

PC and Mac

Go to the broadcaster's website in an up-to-date browser and sign in. Turn off any ad blockers on that site if the video won't start. This is often the most reliable option when an app is misbehaving.

How to spot a fake Miss Universe stream

Close to the final, search results and social feeds fill up with fake streams. Common signs include a "live" video posted days before the show, a still image with a countdown, and a request for card details to "verify your age". Pages that promise a free worldwide stream with no broadcaster named are almost never genuine. If in doubt, start from the links in our country guides.

Watching while you travel

Streaming services are licensed by country, so an app that works at home may not work abroad. Peacock's coverage is for the United States. Before you travel, check your provider's terms, or look up the local broadcaster in the country you're visiting.

A note on VPNs

A VPN can protect your connection on public Wi-Fi, but it doesn't change a streaming service's terms, and some services restrict VPN use or block known VPN addresses. Read your provider's terms and follow local laws.

If your stream won't work

Most playback problems are fixed by closing and reopening the app, checking for app updates, or lowering the video quality. Restart your router if the picture keeps buffering, and try the broadcaster's website if the app still won't play. You can also keep our live results page open while you sort it out.

Frequently asked questions

How can I watch Miss Universe live in 2026?

In the United States, the final airs live on Telemundo with a simultaneous stream on Peacock. In Latin America, it's announced for Telemundo Internacional and Universal+. In the Philippines, ABS-CBN holds a multi-year deal, but its 2026 channels haven't been announced. Find your country in our how-to-watch guide for the latest status.

What channel is Miss Universe on?

Telemundo is the announced channel in the United States, and Telemundo Internacional in Latin America. Other countries are still being confirmed, so our TV channels page marks each listing as confirmed, reported or not announced.

Can I watch Miss Universe for free?

In the United States, Telemundo is free over the air with an antenna. Elsewhere it depends on your local broadcaster. Be careful with pages promising a free Miss Universe live stream, because many of them show old clips or commentary, or try to collect your details.

Which devices can I watch on?

Peacock and most broadcaster apps work on Smart TVs, Roku, Fire TV, Apple TV, iOS and Android, and in a browser on a computer. Check your broadcaster's own device list before you subscribe.

Can I watch while travelling abroad?
