Miss Universe 2026 Voting: How the Fan Vote Works

Miss Universe 2026 voting gives fans a direct say in the competition. The delegate with the highest number of official fan votes automatically takes a place among the Top 30 semifinalists, whatever the selection committee decides.

What we know

• Opened: October 16, 2026.
• The prize: an automatic place in the Top 30 at the final on November 24.
• Other categories reported: Best National Costume, Best Swimsuit and Best Evening Gown.
• Closing time: not published in anything we've seen. Don't leave it until the last moment.

Where to vote

Reports differ, so check before you vote. Pageant Circle says fans can vote on missuniverseorg.com, and Wikipedia cites the same site for the 2026 fan vote. Other sites point to a fan app called MU Fan. Meanwhile, a separate statement on missuniverse.com calls that domain the organization's only official website, as part of a wider dispute between rival groups. We can't settle that dispute, so we'd suggest you confirm the voting link through your national delegate's official pages.

National pageant voting, such as Maya in the Philippines, is separate from this international vote.

Is voting free?

We haven't found 2026 rules that state this. Under the rules for the 73rd edition in 2024, voting was through the Miss Universe app, open to anyone aged 14 or over worldwide. Fans got a free vote and could buy paid packs for more, and only votes made during the voting period counted. Those were the rules for 2024, under the organizers at that time, so they may not apply this year. Read the current rules before you pay for anything.

How to avoid fake voting pages

• Don't give a password or card details to any page you reached through a social media post or video description.
• Look for published rules that name who runs the vote.
• Be wary of third parties offering to vote for you. The 2024 rules barred this, and votes can be rejected.
• Remember that nobody can guarantee a result in exchange for payment.
