Thailand has two crowns, won by Apasra Hongsakula in 1965 and Porntip Nakhirunkanok in 1988. It has also been runner-up twice in recent years: Anntonia Porsild in 2023 and Praveenar Singh in 2025, when Thailand hosted the pageant.
